As a Demi Chef (Bakery), you will assist the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef in the preparation and production of bakery items, including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts. You will support daily baking operations, ensure consistent product quality, and maintain proper presentation standards for all bakery items.
You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, mixing doughs and batters, proofing, baking, and decorating products according to established recipes and standards. You will ensure that all bakery items are produced and served at the highest quality and in a timely manner.
As a Demi Chef â Bakery, you will also assist in training and guiding junior kitchen team members, ensuring that recipes and standard operating procedures are followed correctly. You must strictly follow and enforce health, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the bakery area, proper storage of ingredients, and personal hygiene is essential. You should be able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, especially during peak production hours.
