The Opportunity:
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Responsible for maintaining indoor and outdoor facilities
- May assist facility maintenance electricians, facility maintenance HVAC mechanic and Facility plumber
- Responsible for office setups, furniture moves and conference room setups
- Complete minor repairs on equipment and machinery
- Perform deliveries and pick-ups on campus and at offsite locations
- Complete preventive maintenance on equipment as scheduled
- Answer maintenance calls and make necessary repairs to equipment to keep operations moving.
- Complete snow removal during the winter months as needed along with landscaping crew.
- Set up and tear down special events / trade shows
- Maintain and organize furniture in storage
- Always perform every task with safety as your top priority
