The Opportunity:
We are seeking a temporary Seasonal PT Toy Store Associate. This role will be involved in day-to-day operations at our Toy Store on Mattel鈥檚 Fisher-Price Campus in East Aurora, NY. This position reports directly to the Toy Store Assistant Manager.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Provide customer service support to the Toy Store, including answering phone calls, answering consumer questions, and cashing out sales
- Assist with stocking Toy Store shelves
- Assist other Toy Store clerks with projects as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service in all aspects of the position.
- Assist with verifying, counting, sorting and storage of incoming inventory.
- Must be available to work Saturday鈥檚.
