About the Role
The IAM Integration & Engineering Architect is responsible for designing, building, and implementing advanced identity and access management solutions at Mattel. This role focuses on IAM automation, workflow development, system integrations, and engineering tasks aligned with IAM and PAM initiatives. It is not responsible for operations or support ticket handling. The lead will collaborate with internal teams, HR, and business units to modernize and scale IAM capabilities.
Focus: Engineering, automation, IAM/PAM tools, integrations, and project execution.
Objectives of this Role
- Lead the development and integration of IAM solutions (IGA, PAM, SSO, Federation).
- Drive automation using Okta Workflows, PowerShell, Python, and related scripting tools.
- Architect and implement new IAM and PAM capabilities, including enhancements to existing platforms.
- Participate in and lead IAM-related project initiatives, including new deployments and tool integrations.
- Define IAM requirements, standards, reference architectures, and roadmaps.
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of IAM solutions.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on continuous improvement efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in identity security, governance, and access control.
