What You鈥檒l Do
The Key Account Representative is responsible for the development and management of key accounts in the
supermarket, department store, or wholesale channels, as applicable. This role focuses on driving sales growth,
strategic negotiation, and execution of commercial plans for all Mattel brands in Peru. The position requires
strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients to achieve
sell-in, sell-out, and rotation KPIs aligned with the fiscal year targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts in the supermarket channel, ensuring sales quotas and rotation targets are met.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company and client objectives.
- Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, displays, and activation plans at the point of sale.
- Analyze performance indicators (sell-in, sell-out, rotation, coverage) and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure efficient execution.
- Monitor inventory and product availability, proposing actions to optimize assortment.
- Participate in annual planning and business reviews with each client.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
