The Opportunity:
The Associate Manager supports the regional analytics strategy by transforming market, retailer, and internal data into clear insights that enable commercial decisions across LATAM. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, this role leads planning tools and executive dashboards, tracks POS and Gross Billings performance to identify short- and long-term risks and opportunities and proactively surfaces whitespaces with actionable recommendations.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Identify risks and opportunities in regional business performance and provide recommendations to mitigate or capitalize on them.
- Collaborate in planning process to provide consumption perspective to executive forums
- In charge of consumption model for LATAM, aligning assumptions and targets with Commercial Finance, Commercial, and FP&A.
- Influence strategic decision-making through data analysis and the generation of insights that enhance commercial strategies.
- Maintain and enhance executive and operational dashboards with consistent definitions, timely refreshes, and clear storytelling.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of analytical information used for decision-making across the region.
- Foster a data-driven culture and promote innovation in the use of analytical tools and processes.
- Partner closely with commercial teams (Sales and Marketing) to assess performance, discount strategies, consumption, and sales growth.
