The Executive Creative Director of LinkedIn is a visionary leader who will shape how the LinkedIn brand is expressed across channels and audiences. This role combines strategic insight with creative excellence and will be responsible for strengthening LinkedIn鈥檚 brand identity, engaging diverse audiences, and delivering compelling campaigns that support business growth. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in brand storytelling, digital innovation, and integrated marketing across global B2B and B2C environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of innovative, integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy and business objectives.
Oversee creative direction for all marketing initiatives, including advertising, digital, experiential, performance, social, and event marketing.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-brand, product marketing, performance marketing, media, social, and communications鈥攖o deliver compelling work that capitalizes on channel best practices.
Inspire and manage a high-performing creative team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Champion the brand voice and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touch points.
Stay ahead of industry trends and cultural moments to bring fresh thinking and insights to creative work.
Monitor and engage with new AI technologies to drive productivity and scale, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Advocate for the customer, infusing insights that capture attention and drive engagement.
Manage relationships with external agencies, production partners, and freelancers to deliver best-in-class work and build a streamlined ecosystem for creative development.
Establish and monitor creative KPIs to measure effectiveness and optimize performance.
