Responsibilities
You will design, build, and ship member鈥慺acing iOS features across LinkedIn Learning, LinkedIn, and Talent iOS (Recruiter) apps, ensuring performance, accessibility, and reliability at scale.
You will own the full stack for your features: craft elegant native experiences in Swift (SwiftUI/UIKit) and integrate with backend services using GraphQL and gRPC.
You will define and evolve data contracts, design service endpoints, and ensure secure, resilient client鈥搒erver flows.
You will collaborate cross鈥慺unctionally with Product, Design, and platform teams to deliver impactful learning and recruiting experiences quickly and safely.
You will raise the bar on quality through thoughtful architecture, automated testing (XCTest/XCUITest), and continuous delivery practices.
You will mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives, providing guidance on design decisions, code reviews, and best practices.
You will champion accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring features meet or exceed WCAG standards and platform guidelines.
You will contribute to platform health by improving modularity, reducing tech debt, and driving reliability metrics (crash鈥慺ree sessions, app performance).
You will participate in incident response and post鈥憁ortems, helping define preventative guardrails and operational playbooks.
