As a Principal Product Manager for Content Abuse Prevention, you will be a visionary leader responsible for E2E execution and the long term strategy of our global detection systems and safety frameworks.
You won't just manage a roadmap; you will help define and reshape the North Star for how LinkedIn protects the integrity of content across our entire ecosystem. This is a high-leverage, high-visibility role requiring the ability to navigate complex geopolitical landscapes, emerging AI threats, and large-scale infrastructure challenges. You will serve as a lead orchestrator across AI Research, Data Science, Policy, Legal, and Global Operations to ensure LinkedIn remains the most trusted professional platform in the world.
The ideal candidate for this role:
Has Trust, Safety, Integrity or Fraud Prevention expertise, with a track record of building platform-level safety, moderation, or abuse-prevention solutions.
Has experience leading products built on AI/ML systems from the ground up.
Can drive multi-year, high-impact strategies, ensuring measurable improvements to developer efficiency and defense agility
Operates with autonomy and influence, leading large-scale, cross-organizational initiatives and has a track record of influencing organizational change.
Excels at navigating complex cross-org dynamics, balancing business, policy, and technical constraints to ensure safety at scale.
Helps us raise the bar for the Product Management craft at LinkedIn by mentoring senior PMs and fostering a culture of product excellence and member-first thinking.
This is an opportunity to lead a critical area of Trust, shaping the future of content integrity, anticipating emerging abuse vectors, including synthetic media and other sophisticated attacks.
