A Partner Solutions Engineer would have deep expertise in LinkedIn鈥檚 API products and technical solutions. You will develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to launch new API products and help enterprise partners integrate. You will be responsible for enterprise partners CSAT, program health, and monthly enterprise partner operations review. You may drive adoption of LI鈥檚 API products in the marketplace by managing a portfolio of high touch enterprise partners or lead product adoption across a broad base. You will understand feature gaps in API, product, or partner offering and build solutions to address gaps and drive client success.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert, solution engineer, and program manager for enterprise partners, driving the adoption of LinkedIn API products.
- Build, test, and support scalable integrations by providing technical development, coding support, and architectural guidance to partners.
- Develop engineering prototypes that enable pilot partners and customers to create proof points for further Product-Eng investment at LinkedIn, including minor product updates or low-hanging fruits that delight partners and customers.
- Facilitate onboarding, testing, and pre-launch activities to ensure seamless partner experiences and successful product implementations.
- Collaborate with engineering and leadership teams at partner organizations to design and optimize platform integrations.
- Partner with Business Development and Product teams to accelerate adoption of new features and ensure partner success through effective launch programs.
- Advocate for enterprise partners by sharing insights and feedback to improve LinkedIn鈥檚 products and platform best practices.
