Sales Policy Management, Program Manager
The Sales Policy Management (SPM) team is responsible for developing sales policies that enable business growth and uphold ethical, customer-centric selling practices.
The Program Manager will oversee the design, implementation and enforcement of sales policies specifically related to LinkedIn Sales and Talent Solutions.
It offers an exciting opportunity to join a global team and act as a partner and advisor to senior leaders at LinkedIn ranging across sales, operations, finance, compensation, and other cross-functional teams. The Program Manager鈥檚 leadership on tactical & operational initiatives will help influence the growth trajectory of LinkedIn鈥檚 SaaS businesses.
Responsibilities
The Program Manager will contribute to the design, implementation and enforcement of sales policies and workflows specifically related to LinkedIn Sales and Talent Solutions. The Program Manager will also be responsible for the end-to-end resolution of sales disputes, which requires a full understanding of the sales cycle and the crediting workflows.
In addition to driving the enforcement of policies, the Program Manager will also drive strategic projects by partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance sales policies. Projects may focus on, but will not be limited to: driving revenue growth, partnering cross-functionally to enhance and scale operational workflows, driving adoption of change management initiatives globally, and providing recommendations to enhance training and 5+ years of work experience in sales operations, compensation strategy, pricing, or commercial operation to the Fields.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Policy Management.
