LinkedIn Marketing Solutions is searching for a stellar Client Solutions Manager(CSM) who will be responsible to consult and help grow some of our most strategic & high potential clients. Client Solutions Managers are focused on helping our clients achieve their marketing objectives on the platform. They provide campaign intelligence and ongoing campaign strategy consultation. CSMs are responsible to leverage data and analytics to find opportunities for upsell/cross-sell. CSMs bring a deep understanding of the industry, competitor landscape, and overall digital marketing ecosystem. Client Solutions Managers are nimble, team players, comfortable managing multiple clients, campaigns, and projects concurrently. This is a sales quota-carrying role.
Responsibilities:
Grow the portfolio
- Partner with the Account Director to create a seamless post-sale client experience & help deliver on expected ROI
- Develop and cultivate deep relationships with senior executive clients at SVP, VP and CMO levels and leverage to build expertise on clientâs business or industry specifics, competitive landscape and product differentiators
- Identify and implement intelligent client research, ROI reporting and industry-specific information by leveraging internal tools and resources for teamsâ benefit
- Consistent achievement of business-level revenue and consumption targets through disciplined pipeline, forecast and risk management on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Manage all end-to-end aspects of the customersâ media campaigns including targeting, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
- Proactively communicate customer issues to LinkedIn sales support teams across Ad Operations, Insights, and Creative, etc., and provide ongoing follow-up and customer communications to troubleshoot campaigns and ensure error free execution.
- Manage all aspects of each LinkedIn customers marketing campaign to ensure customersâ objectives are met, from making recommendations on target audiences to proving ROI through campaign insights.
- Ability to build deep relationships with C-suite audience/key business decision-makers from the Marketing, PR/Comms, Talent Acquisition worlds
- Drive portfolio level revenue growth and exceed revenue targets consistently
Provide consultative servicing
- Consult and own all aspects of the clientâs media campaigns including targeting, content, user journey, implementation, optimization, and reporting
- Proactively analyze and optimize customersâ advertising campaigns and marketing programs to make strategic recommendations to customers and ensure client objectives are met
- Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Provide qualitative assessment on creative copy and help drive platform-specific content strategy
