Tender & Pre鈥慜rder Planning: Responsible for technical and cost calculations during tender phases, including risk assessment, rough planning, market鈥慴ased cost estimation, budgeting, and preparation of erection concepts, site layouts, schedules, crane concepts, logistics, personnel deployment, and construction documentation required for bidding.
Post鈥慜rder Erection & Execution Planning: Develop and optimise detailed erection plans, execution sequences, schedules, lifting plans, site infrastructure, equipment usage, and construction site organisation, ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, time, and cost targets.
Technical Coordination & Constructability: Coordinate delivery and performance limits with project management, engineering, and external partners; conduct constructability reviews; request external planning services when required; and ensure all erection鈥憆elevant documentation is collected, reviewed, and maintained.
Subcontracting, IT & Site Support: Prepare technical inquiries and specifications for subcontractors, evaluate offers, participate in negotiations, support erection start calculations, plan and implement site IT infrastructure, and administer construction site management software while supporting site teams in achieving work package objectives.
Cross鈥慞roject Standards & Continuous Improvement: Maintain and archive erection concepts, key data, guidelines, site regulations, forms, and processes; contribute to work instructions for site execution; actively support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge standardisation across projects.
