Managing Director - Delay & Claims Consulting

This role involves overseeing scheduling, inspection, support, and delivery of multiple projects within the insurance claim and construction consulting industry.

• Lead and manage complex projects with a focus on schedule delay analysis.
• Perform advanced analysis of delay claims using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, applying Critical Path Methodology (CPM).
• Review and interpret construction contracts for terms and conditions relevant to claims.
• Analyse construction claim costs related to insurance events.
• Prepare detailed, professional reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic project management oversight across multiple disciplines.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to building a strong client base.
