Support the formulation and execution of the IIG China Recruitment Strategy which includes the development of Employer Branding tactics and Recruitment Processes.
Develop the effective channels, build up the national shared IKEA talent pool and support to develop Assessment Process.
Assignments
Employer Branding
Lead the development of R&S framework for Employer Branding based on global guidelines, including target groups, key messages, channels etc
Create EB Toolkit (EB communication package, tone of voice) – based on global input
Contact window for all external EB activities and partners (channels), including Ingka
Lead and deliver R&S common EB initiatives.
Guide and support the different organisations to adjust, and in driving their own initiatives and campaigns based on EA framework. Identify common needs and coordinate to ensure initiatives are driven together if common needs, to avoid double work.
Recruitment
Lead the development of R&S EA framework for recruitment process, how we work with headhunters, different recruitment channels etc. Secure alignment with EB framework
Support part of recruitment process (post and close job ad, sourcing/screening for some positions)
Recruitment channel owner(online, offline, activity. Contract signing and maintain, service monitoring etc.)
