Job Description
The Account Based Marketing Manager oversees content and planning for integrated marketing programs and campaigns that will drive IFS growth in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) area.
This role requires an individual with solid experience in demand generation and campaign development in B2B, preferably with Account Based Marketing (ABM) accreditation, or experience in setting up ABM framework. A sound understanding of a range of marketing techniques, programs, tools, and measurement of ROI is essential to enable growth at scale within this function.
The candidate will sit on the Global EAM business unit reporting to the Head of Marketing EAM and working closely with the Regional, Industry and Product Marketing team, as well as the EAM Sales and enablement teams, to craft integrated campaigns to meet sales goals. (locations considered are Europe and North America)

Essential Duties and Accountabilities:
- Meet demand generation goals that will grow the global EAM business鈥攊ntegrated campaign development, demand generation and account-based programs.
- Develop and execute high-impact, integrated ABM programs to achieve revenue and pipeline goals for key accounts
- Work cross-functionally across the marketing organization as well as sales and other teams to design and orchestrate impactful, targeted ABM campaigns
- Develop ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and Key Accounts List & EAM marketing prospect journey and personas, in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
- Design solution & industry focused marketing programs that build IFS鈥檚 brand reputation in EAM market and deliver profitable revenue, programs that address the business challenges of our clients and fulfil our EAM pipeline needs.
- Act as solution adviser to regional marketing, partnering with them to deliver a differentiated market position for IFS that meets growth and revenue targets within the EAM business plan.
- Connect strongly with EAM leaders & strategists to understand the trends, topics, business challenges and differentiators to feature in campaigns and messaging.
- Accountable for developing and delivering programs that will raise the external profile of IFS in the industry & maintenance sectors with a focus on senior decision makers in target organizations.
- Provide innovative approaches that reach customers and build relationships. Develop and implement an appropriate mix of activities that highlight IFS鈥檚 positioning and knowledge in the EAM sector.
- Design and manage production of high value short and long form content including advertising, direct mail, event toolkits, digital content, webinars and social media messaging that support EAM customer acquisition and revenue goals.
- Enhance the use of ABM, segmentation and intent data to reach customers and build relationships.
- Apply operational rigor, utilize data-driven insights, and identify scalable strategies to support the needs of a fast-growing, in-market Sales team
- Plan and manage EAM campaigns to deliver on time and meet budget.
- Monitor, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness aligned to key metrics such as marketing influenced revenue, qualified sales leads, campaign performance.
- Leverage industry content related to IFS EAM products and solutions.
