Global Director, Presales Product, Itasca, IL. Design systems to improve how IFS solutions are positioned & delivered to support customer business process improvement across project, asset, & manufacturing-intensive industries. Analyze customer & industry requirements to shape solution messaging, demo strategies, & cross-functional alignment that drive measurable outcomes. Oversee scalable demo platforms & tools that standardize best practices globally for more efficient operations & enable value-based engagements. Collaborate with product, marketing, & sales teams to ensure solution strategies are aligned with real-world customer objectives & support the integration of acquisitions into unified offerings. Lead & support U.S. business/solution architect teams on applying IFS capabilities, including ERP, EAM, & FSM, to solve operational & strategic challenges. Evaluate & adopt technologies, including AI tools, to enhance presales process efficiency & solution delivery.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field (will accept foreign degree equivalent) plus 5 years’ experience in a position engaging in enterprise solution consulting, leading solution design efforts for strategic opportunities in multiple industries including Construction, Energy, & Manufacturing, & demonstrating functional expertise across ERP, EAM, & FSM systems. Remote work permitted in Greater Chicago MSA. 10-15% Travel reqd, domestic & international. Criminal & driving checks reqd.
