As an experienced and strategic Manager, Systems and Support, lead the delivery of efficient, effective and future‑focused admissions systems and operational support.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end‑to‑end conduct of Griffith University’s admissions and scholarship processes across QTAC, UAC, VTAC, direct undergraduate and postgraduate entry, as well as non‑award study. You will provide expert guidance on admissions systems and pathways, ensuring our operations are robust, client‑centred and aligned with University strategy.
You will also play a key role in business transformation, consulting with stakeholders, mapping processes, defining system requirements, and supporting the implementation of digital and procedural improvements across the admissions environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of specialist expertise for all systems and processes related to undergraduate, postgraduate and non‑award admissions, ensuring Domestic Admission & Scholarships strategies align with the University’s strategic objectives.
- Lead client engagement and cultivate a strong service culture within the team, underpinned by continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Develop, recommend and implement system and process enhancements, working in close collaboration with Digital Solutions to maintain and optimise admissions workflows.
- Provide regular, high‑level reporting to University executive stakeholders on admissions trends, insights, and emerging issues.
- Drive the development of streamlined business processes, including re‑engineering activities to enhance efficiency, accuracy and user experience.

What we can offer
This a 12-month fixed term, full time position based at the Brisbane South (Nathan) campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.
Salary Range
The full-time equivalent HEW 8 base salary is in the range of $113,713 - $127,923 per annum plus 17% Superannuation. The salary including superannuation is in the range $133,044 -$149,670 per annum.
