Job Responsibilities

• Reception of guests and customers in the entrance area
• Postal service (international dispatch of letters and parcels)
• Ordering office supplies, drinks, and snacks for the team
• Supporting the studio manager with administrative tasks
• Ensuring a tidy and professional office environment
