BIM Coordinator

Job Title: BIM  Coordinator
Department: BIM / Engineering
Reports To: BIM Manager

Job Summary:

Manage the BIM team and processes for Middle East construction projects, ensuring accurate, clash-free, and constructible BIM models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee QA/QC and BIM model submissions across multiple disciplines (Architecture, Structural, MEP, Infrastructure, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Provide guidance on workflows and software tools.

Work Environment:

• Office-based, with potential collaboration across time zones.
