Job Description

Conduct land, boundary, topographic, and control surveys using Total stations, GPS, levels, and other advanced equipment.
Establish and verify horizontal and vertical control points, benchmarks, and reference grids.
Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports, sketches, drawings, and maps.
Analyze field data, verify measurements, and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate survey findings with civil engineers, architects, and project stakeholders.
Support setting out and layout works for construction sites, ensuring conformity to design plans.
Monitor subcontractor survey work and support QA/QC processes.
Maintain and calibrate survey equipment; apply safety and quality procedures on site.
Update and manage geospatial data using relevant software (GIS, Civil 3D, AutoCAD).
Assist in legal boundary determinations and prepare legal descriptions when required.
Coordinate with Consultant for handing over works and site work approvals for all surveying related activities.
Assist in preparing As-Built drawings during handing over stages.
