The Opportunity
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving performance, consistency, and development across a team of Inside Sales Representatives. This role balances front-line coaching, pipeline generation, and operational rigor, ensuring the team consistently delivers against individual and group targets. The Manager plays a critical role in translating go-to-market strategy into daily execution and maintaining strong alignment with Sales and Marketing.
- Responsible for coaching and developing a team of inside sales representatives to consistently achieve pipeline and activity targets, conducting regular performance reviews, call coaching, and career development planning.
- Own team-level pipeline generation, enforces consistent use of CRM and sales engagement tools, and drives adoption of standardized sales processes and messaging.
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to improve workflow efficiency, optimize lead follow-up, provide market feedback, support hiring and onboarding, and continuously improve performance through data-driven insights and execution discipline.
