Support US HR & Payroll teams with various benefits and reporting support.
Experienced in supporting semi voice projects related to HR and Payroll for he North American Region.
Ability to work on multiple HR & Payroll processes.
Create process documents and monitor SLA’s for supporting projects.
Maintain and improve key performance measures.
Proactively manage customer issues related to the support requirement.
