The Air Group Officer is responsible for sampling of emissions from stationary sources, soil vapour including vapour intrusion, workplace air, air-borne asbestos and other duties as directed.
Key accountabilities include but not limited to:
- Dust Deposition, Stack Emission, Soil Gas and Workplace sampling.
- Data entry for the reporting of samples.
- Calibration of equipment.
- Asbestos sampling according to National Occupational Health and Safety Commission.
- Undertaking necessary client requirements in order to enter their sites and conduct the required sampling - e.g., conducting online and site inductions and undertaking specific trainings.
