Answering customer inquiries by telephone and e-mail and support Sales, Labs and Project Management in the customer communication
Initiating lab cost estimations, monitoring deadlines and follow-up as base for quotations
Preparation and sending of quotations and order confirmations including follow-up communication with customers
Arranging prepayments, invoices and credit notes for laboratory testing, marketability, production monitoring, document deposits and routine inspections.
Maintenance of ERP data including customer, contact and product data
Contribute to continues improvement of process flows and interfaces between the different functions and support the development of the ERP-System
Sending test reports and certificates to clients
Working closely with Sales Executives in the inquiry and quotation phase
Providing active support to Sales, Marketing, Certification, Labs, Project Management and Accounting in the clarification of internal and external issues within the scope of the tasks listed above.
Processing dunning
Assisting in the telephone service in the absence of the responsible switchboard person
