The main responsibilities of the Inside Sales Executive are to play a leading role in the strategic development of the medical pathology services offered by Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, to achieve Company Growth targets.
Summary of Main Responsibilities:
- To assist Eurofins Biomnis in maintaining a high standard in medical testing.
- Provide support to clients and colleagues to ensure a first class service.
- To maintain and enhance their professional knowledge and skills as required.
- Work with colleagues to contribute towards the continuous improvement of the department.
- Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the values of Eurofins Biomnis.
- Observe with strictest confidence when dealing with all aspects of patient and Company information.
- Play a leading role in the strategic development of the medical pathology services offered by Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Represent both Eurofins Clinical Diagnosticsâ quality driven services and yourself to the Irish market-place in a dignified, professional and courteous manner.
- Grow company sales of our laboratory services and products.
Specific Tasks:
- Be aware and compliant with of all the documentation related to your Department to include â Training Records, SOPâs, Forms, including reading and acknowledging required documents on QPulse.
- Attend Sales & Marketing meetings as and when required.
- Work within the policies and procedures of Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics.
Sales Growth:
- Identify and target existing and prospective clients with a view to selling our pathology services.
- Provide clients with written quotations, pricing and other relevant information when necessary, in a timely fashion.
- Conduct annual account reviews and promptly provide clients with written quotations, pricing and other relevant information when necessary.
- Effectively communicate client needs and monitor financial and service performance across the business area.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide regular feedback on activities that may impact on the performance of the business areas.
