You will be responsible for:
Increase sales in all genomics services (e.g., NGS, Sanger sequencing, oligos, gene synthesis, microarray, genotyping, custom projects) in the market segments of agrigomics, environmental & food genomics, biopharma genomics, and personal genomics. Increase sales growth through cross-selling and developing account potential.
Establishment and maintenance of a sales pipeline: identification of new projects and business opportunities.
Regular reporting (sales analysis, forecasting, competitive analysis) and intensive use of CRM, including ongoing database maintenance.
Involvement of technical experts for optimal project solutions.
Communication of market and customer feedback to internal teams.
Implementation of the sales strategy in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager.
Conducting product presentations and providing advice on genomics solutions.
Proactive identification, qualification, and conversion of new leads to expand the customer base via telephone, email, and team meetings.
Guiding new customers through the ordering process and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Processing public tenders โ depending on the region.
