Lead and manage maintenance operations to ensure efficient and reliable building systems. Oversee contractors, manage vendors, and maintain compliance with client requirements. Develop and improve preventative maintenance programs, manage inventory, and respond to emergencies as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day maintenance activities, including work orders and facility-related emergencies
- Inspect and maintain electrical, mechanical, and other systems throughout the facility
- Supervise maintenance technicians, prioritizing work and communicating expectations
- Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs in accordance with SOPs, cGMPs, and industry standards
- Manage outside contractors, ensuring safe operations while onsite
- Collaborate with other managers to identify and resolve issues that may impact production
- Estimate costs for preventative maintenance and projects
- Maintain adequate inventory of parts and equipment
