Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, process diagrams.
Evaluate business value, prioritize requirements and features based on business objectives.
Monitor, track, and validate new features after release; provide documentation and user training when necessary.
Support issue analysis, root cause investigation, and resolution related to the product ecosystem.
Define, track, and ensure the accuracy of business and operational metrics for stakeholders.
Aggregate data and create insightful reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
