We are seeking a highly proactive, self鈥慸riven Business Development Manager who will play a key role in driving the continued growth of our business in Switzerland. In this role, you will identify new market opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and position Eurofins as a preferred partner for GMP鈥慶ompliant analytical testing services in the fields of Microbiology, Chemical鈥慞hysical Analytics and 鈥婨nvironmental & Utility Testing.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new customers within the Swiss (Bio)Pharma sector through proactive outreach and event鈥慸riven lead generation
- Drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities and closing deals aligned with strategic objectives
- Implement targeted sales strategies to accelerate market penetration and strengthen regional presence
- Plan and execute sales activities to achieve ambitious revenue goals
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross鈥憇elling
- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events
- Maintain accurate and up鈥憈o鈥慸ate records in key IT systems, including CRM tools and customer databases
