Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for the ongoing task of general customer service, including sample receiving and support of project management. The Customer Service Representative serves as our customers’ primary point of contact within the company.
- Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
- Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
- Routine use of computers, primarily via spreadsheets and word processing software.
- Routine use of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Advanced sample interpretation of clients' analytical requirements and data entry into computer system by keeping up-to-date with technical center requirements
- Maintain client files
- Handling of incoming informational calls into department
- Read, understand, and carry out SOPs; follow all safety precautions and procedures
- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
- Performs other duties as assigned

- General customer service to assist Customer Service Manager. (20%)
