Equinox is looking for a strategic, data-driven, resourceful, and collaborative member to join our team as Manager Customer Insights & Promotions. This role will own the:
- End-to-end insights process, by establishing brand tracking systems, member and non-member surveys, translating data into actionable strategies, collaborating cross-functionally to integrate insights into decision-making, and serving as a strategic thought partner to the leadership โ to champion the voice of the member across the organization
- Promotional strategy and execution, by supporting ideation sessions, structuring leadership decision-making discussions, ensuring alignment across teams, project managing execution across Marketing, Operations, Tech, Business Intelligence, and Sales, and incorporating performance measurement into future planning
Reporting to the Director, Customer Insights & Brand Health, youโll play a critical role in shaping decisions through actionable insights and elevating brand visibility and value through high-impact partner initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Insights Process: Support the end-to-end member and non-member insights process โ from defining research needs through primary, secondary, and syndicated data, to synthesizing findings and delivering clear recommendations that influence brand and campaign decisions
- Member-Centric Strategies: Support the development and execution of marketing strategies (including promotional campaigns) grounded in member insights, behaviors, and preferences to deepen engagement and drive business growth
- Brand Tracking: Work with external vendor to maintain brand tracking systems and feedback mechanisms to monitor brand health, campaign impact, and club-level performance, and build automated visualizations to cater to different levels of the organization
- Campaigns & Initiatives Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns and member marketing initiatives, optimizing based on results and feedback
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner cross-functionally (e.g., Growth, Creative, BI, Ops, BI, Sales) to gather hypothesis, bring forward a holistic understanding of the member experience, and ensure insights are integrated into strategic decisions and operational execution
- Promotional Strategy & Execution: Support promotional ideation sessions, structure leadership decision-making discussions, ensure alignment across teams, and project manage execution of promotional campaigns across teams
- Thought Partnership: Serve as a strategic sound partner to senior leaders, acting as the internal champion for the voice of the member
