We are currently recruiting for 2 CRM Executives to join our dynamic Marketing team on 6 - 9 month secondments.
The role delivers effective CRM campaigns through hands-on Braze experience, including building templates, canvases, and liquid logic for email and SMS. You will analyse data to identify winning variants, support marketing teams across all Braze channels, and explore new use cases that drive growth. By proactively identifying improvements and testing Braze Beta features, you will help advance the platform and enhance overall customer engagement.
What you'll do:
- Good working knowledge with Braze building templates and campaigns, with a strong understanding of canvases and liquid logic and proven examples of using them for both email and SMS.
- Able to complete data analysis and establish winning variants from ongoing optimisations
- Support the wider Braze team and look for new opportunities to continue to develop the braze platform.
- Consider new uses cases and support marketing team to deliver growth initiatives
- Work closely with the marketing team and transactional teams to deliver campaigns across all Braze channels, including Email, SMS, and Web
- Proactive problem solver, able to self- identify problems and tasks, with an aim for improving the CRM platform
- Strong desire to develop, and open to testing Braze Beta products and developing new use cases for emerging features.
