The Residential Case Evaluator is responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of students staying in residence halls, supervising dormitory conditions, and ensuring compliance with program objectives. This position requires a high level of organization, interpersonal skills, and commitment to quality service.
- Meet at least twice a week with assigned students.
- Provide individual and group guidance on social skills and crisis intervention.
- Record notes from individual meetings to document issues and action plans.
- Notify and coordinate services with other staff through memos, phone calls, or personal conversations, documenting these actions in the student's file.
- Actively participate in events, demonstrating professional behavior and modeling job skills.
- Complete tasks within established deadlines, ensuring quality and minimal need for corrections.
- Maintain accurate student data and submit it within the established deadlines.
- Update student files with a complete history of services provided to ensure the achievement of short- and long-term goals.
- Verify medical records and unauthorized absences, ensuring compliance with procedures in a timely manner.
- Make regular entries in dormitory logs, indicating conditions during rounds.
- Ensure quality of services in each dormitory, maintaining the established staff-to-resident ratio.
- Supervise recreational and leisure activities, ensuring that established objectives are met.
- Control level one and two infractions in dormitories and recreational areas, maintaining the 10% target and reducing serious incidents in the night program.
- Encourage student participation in recreational activities and leisure time employment.
- Increase opportunities for students to lead project-based teams during events by 10%.
- Analyze documents and data to evaluate the fulfillment of objectives in residences and teams.
- Identify problems and resolve them, establishing corrective measures to improve service quality.
- Ensure the control and maintenance of the equipment assigned to the departments.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
