Weâre currently on the lookout for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join our Project Management team in the Consumer division.
This role is the dayâtoâday delivery lead for key Consumer clients. Youâll partner with Account, UX, Creative, Data and Technical Delivery (Delivery Managers / Senior Delivery Managers) to deliver complex digital projects and programs on time, on scope and on budget â while driving quality, client satisfaction and commercial performance.
Youâll balance handsâon delivery of large projects with coaching PMs/PCs, improving ways of working, and contributing to client and agency growth.

The Senior Digital Project Manager owns endâtoâend delivery of mediumâlarge digital projects and workstreams, ensuring:
You are the central point of coordination between client stakeholders, shore technical delivery, and internal Orchard teams.
In this role, you will be expected to:
Lead and manage multiple high-profile digital projects, including development of new websites, applications, and complex digital campaigns, as well as optimization and maintenance of existing platforms across various digital channels (websites, emails, banners).
Engage with clients to gather detailed technical and business requirements, scope project needs precisely, and provide expert recommendations for best-fit technical solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal technical, creative, and UX teams to design and deliver innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet client expectations.
Develop comprehensive project quotes and technical solutions, working closely with UX, development, and creative leads to ensure feasibility and alignment with technical standards.
Create and maintain detailed project documentation including technical specifications, project scope, risk registers, change logs, and training materials.
Translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable Epics and User Stories, and prioritize backlog items to optimize timely delivery and quality.
Lead scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring agile best practices are followed and teams remain focused and productive.
Provide full transparency on project risks, mitigation strategies, resource planning, and budgetary considerations; clearly communicate technical challenges and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
Manage and optimize project budgets and resource allocation using Workbook or similar project management tools.
Ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance processes are implemented, coordinating with QA teams as needed to guarantee highest product standards.
Mentor and guide project teams, sharing technical insights and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
