Job Description

Design, plan, and oversee the construction and maintenance of railway tracks
Conduct regular inspections to assess track conditions and identify areas requiring repair or upgrade
Develop and implement track maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and safety
Analyse track geometry data and recommend improvements to enhance track stability and ride quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate track work with other railway systems
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Prepare detailed technical reports and present findings to management
Manage track-related projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline adherence
Stay abreast of the latest developments in track engineering technology and best practices
