In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and safety of construction projects through comprehensive on-site inspections and evaluations. Tower's experience is a requirement.
- Conduct thorough on-site inspections of structural elements in building projects throughout Dubai
- Verify compliance with local building codes, regulations, and approved plans specific to Dubai and the UAE
- Identify structural defects, safety hazards, and non-compliant work with a keen analytical eye
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records using efficient data management systems
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision
- Provide well-reasoned recommendations for corrective actions when necessary
- Stay updated on local building codes, international standards, and industry best practices
- Participate in project meetings and communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholders
- Organize and prioritize multiple inspection tasks to meet project deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and structural integrity
