We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ITS Engineer (Roads O&M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) for road operations and maintenance projects.
- Design and implement ITS solutions for road networks and traffic management systems
- Develop and maintain SCADA systems for monitoring and controlling road infrastructure
- Analyze traffic data and propose optimization strategies to improve road safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ITS components with existing road infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITS hardware and software
- Develop and maintain documentation for ITS systems, including user manuals and technical specifications
- Manage ITS projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ITS technologies and industry best practices
- Provide technical support and training to operations staff on ITS systems
- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to ensure optimal functionality
