Job Description

Design structural steel frameworks for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure.
Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure the stability and safety of steel structures.
Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop project plans and specifications.
Review and approve detailed construction drawings and blueprints.
Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Evaluate and select appropriate materials and construction techniques for each project.
Prepare and present technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
Ensure that all designs comply with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to address design-related issues during construction.
Assist in the development of cost estimates and project timelines.
Participate in project meetings to provide technical insights and recommendations.
Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
