As the Lead Construction Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring their successful completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for multiple large-scale construction projects
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project issues
- Collaborate with senior management to align construction goals with overall organizational objectives
- Implement innovative construction methodologies and technologies to improve efficiency and sustainability
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients and government officials
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any deviations from the plan promptly
