We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our PMC team for a major mixed-use development. The role is responsible for leading and coordinating the design process across all disciplines, ensuring that design outputs meet project requirements, regulatory standards, and the client鈥檚 vision from concept through IFC delivery.
- Lead and manage the multi-disciplinary design process across architecture, structural, MEP, infrastructure, landscape, and specialist systems.
- Review and approve design packages, ensuring compliance with project requirements, codes, and quality standards.
- Coordinate interfaces between consultants, PMC teams, and contractors to ensure seamless technical integration.
- Manage design schedules, deliverables, and design review cycles to maintain project timelines.
