Quantity Surveyor

RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the costs and contracts associated with infrastructure and maintenance projects. This involves preparing detailed estimates, managing budgets, evaluating contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with the NEC procedures. You will work closely with the asset management, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure that all financial and contractual aspects of the project are in line with industry best practices and client expectations.
