We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic Operations and Maintenance team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our organization, you will lead and manage our electrical engineering projects, focusing on innovative solutions for complex electrical systems in various infrastructure developments.
- Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
- Manage closely the subcontractors that are in charge of the Electrical assets related maintenance
- Within new projects, Oversee the design and implementation of high voltage, low voltage, and electrical building services systems
- Develop and review electrical designs, including single-line diagrams, protection schemes, and load flow analyses
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other engineering disciplines
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks on electrical designs and documentation
- Present design concepts and progress reports to clients, stakeholders, and senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in electrical engineering solutions
- Contribute to business development efforts by participating in proposal preparation and client meetings
