In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the maintenance operations of our infrastructure assets, ensuring their reliability, efficiency, and longevity.
- Develop and implement comprehensive infrastructure maintenance strategies and plans
- Manage and coordinate maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
- Oversee the budget for maintenance operations, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure operational continuity
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance activities with overall organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and service providers
