We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Lead to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the HSE Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing our organization's health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations while promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and management systems
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and develop preventive measures
- Collaborate with management and department heads to ensure HSE compliance across all operations
- Design and deliver HSE training programs to enhance employee awareness and competence
- Monitor and evaluate HSE performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management
- Stay up-to-date with local and international HSE regulations, ensuring organizational compliance
- Manage HSE-related projects and initiatives to continuously improve safety and environmental performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and external HSE auditors
