About The Role
The Intermediate Electrical Engineer plays a key role in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for nuclear projects. This position is responsible for preparing technical documentation, specifications, and reports in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The engineer collaborates with multidisciplinary teams鈥攊ncluding architects, civil engineers, and project managers鈥攖o ensure the seamless integration of electrical components within complex nuclear facilities.
Job Description
- Design and implementation of electrical systems for Nuclear projects, including lighting, control systems, and distribution systems.
- Experience working on Canadian Nuclear Facilities will be considered an asset.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, specifications, and reports in accordance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into larger projects.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and design teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, local codes, and industry best practices.
- Participate in client and project meetings, providing valuable input and insights.
- Contribute to the growth of the Electrical department through the review and development of standards and templates.
