As an Exterior Cleaner, you will ensure the over-all cleanliness of the exterior areas of CrossIron Mills Mall. This full time shift is 5:00AM - 1:00PM.
Your work will include:
- Sweep cigarette butts and litters, pine cones, leaves etc.
- Clearing Garbage - left garbage of the tenants along the compactors.
- Remove garbage and wipe down garbage bins
- Operate various equipment (sweeper, blower, etc.)
- Remove stickers and graffiti if needed
- Report maintenance issues
- Remove Pallets along the corridors and put into proper disposal.
- Attend all required health and safety training and use PPE where indicated
- Can communicate English with the client.
