We鈥檙e hiring a Network Engineer to join our IT Operations and Cybersecurity team. Reporting to the Director of IT Operations and Cybersecurity, you鈥檒l be responsible for building and maintaining secure, scalable, and efficient network infrastructure that powers our business across Canada.

Network Infrastructure Management
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and cloud networks.
- Define and enforce network policies and procedures across corporate and field locations.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and reliability.
- Implement security measures in coordination with the Cybersecurity team.
- Support remote and field operations with network setup and optimization.
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory systems.
- Manage device lifecycle and license renewals.
Cloud Networking (Azure)
- Design and deploy Azure networking solutions (e.g., VNet, NSG).
- Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to integrate on-prem and cloud networks.
- Monitor and optimize cloud network performance and security.
Project-Based Work
- Lead and contribute to network upgrades, migrations, and acquisitions.
- Align network solutions with business needs and project goals.
Collaboration & Support
- Work with Cybersecurity, Cloud, Service Desk, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff and service desk teams.
- Act as the escalation point for unresolved network issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and maintain runbooks and knowledge base articles.
