The Engineering Technologist Co鈥憃p Student position is a four鈥憁onth term running from May to August . This role is based in our Calgary office and may occasionally require site visits.

- Support site layout and setup by assisting engineers and project managers with planning, surveying, and coordinating camp infrastructure (e.g., modular units, utilities, access routes).
- Assist with technical drawings and documentation, including updating site plans, installation schematics, and as-built records for modular camp components.
- Participate in on-site inspections as needed to verify installation quality, ensure alignment with specifications, and identify issues requiring correction.
- Coordinate with contractors and field teams to support logistics, sequencing, and safe execution of installation activities.
- Monitor equipment and materials, helping track deliveries, inventories, and usage to maintain efficient installation workflows.
- Support HSEQ compliance activities, such as documenting safety observations, ensuring contractor orientation records are complete, and assisting in hazard assessments.
- Contribute to commissioning and testing, helping verify power, water, wastewater, and other camp systems before handover.
- Prepare progress reports summarizing daily activities, installation status, risks, and upcoming tasks.
