We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Technical Customer Service team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to tire performance monitoring, customer support, and field service activities in the Off-The-Road (OTR) tire industry.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting customer tire inspections and complaint investigations
Assisting in technical reporting and root cause analysis
Monitoring tire performance data from digital tools (e.g. TPMS, analytics software)
Providing field and back-office support to Technical and Sales Managers
Participating in training programs, customer visits, and service audits
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking and an interest in field-based engineering and technical customer support.
